Client Overview

Absolute is a global cybersecurity company providing innovative software and services across over 600 million endpoints. It is the world’s only firmware-embedded endpoint visibility and control platform.

Situation

Absolute called on Dialog to help develop a video-centric email nurture campaign as a joint Absolute and Lenovo partner marketing initiative.

With a focus on K-12 education, the joint value proposition and messaging were tailored to address the needs of IT decision-makers for schools across the U.S and Canada. The campaign included a series of regularly published e-mails which directed prospects to watch a short explainer video.

Insights, Action, and Creative Strategy

Dialog was asked to design and produce the video series. This included the following activities:

  • Work with Absolute and Lenovo subject matter experts to develop a content strategy across the series.
  • Research and synthesize content and SME input to develop compelling video scripts.
  • Develop the e-mail copy including catchy subject line options for A/B testing.
  • Deliver full-stack video production including script development, voiceover, music, and custom motion graphics to help explain and demonstrate cybersecurity topics.

Results

  • Some of the email messages in the series reached very high open rates, above 15%.

Client Overview

Adobe is an American multinational software company based in Santa Jose, California, which develops document management, workflow, and creativity solutions.

Situation

To better serve the public sector audience, Adobe invested millions of dollars into the development of highly-secure FedRAMP Moderate authorized version of its popular signing and document management software, Adobe Acrobat Sign. The launch of Adobe Acrobat Sign for Government represented an opportunity to grow and gain new accounts within federal agencies, as well as state and local government organizations that accept FedRAMP to fulfill StateRAMP requirements.

Insights, Action, and Creative Strategy

Dialog was tapped to create a messaging strategy, sales enablement, and customer-facing collateral to support the launch of Adobe Acrobat Sign for Government. This included:

  • Foundational materials including campaign messaging memo and image library including stock photos and screenfills specific to Public Sector
  • Advertising and web material such as static and animated display ads, header images, social supporting images and copy, blog posts, and Adobe.com website recommendations
  • Customer-facing material such as whitepapers, flyer, static and animated infographic, motion graphic video, customer presentation
  • Sales enablement material such as FAQ, cheat sheet, sales play guide, battlecard, comparison sheet, and sales training presentation

Client Overview

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) is an American multinational semiconductor company based in Santa Clara, California, that develops computer processors and related technologies for business and consumer markets.

Situation

AMD was experiencing significant growth in the commercial market to match that of their success in the consumer market. And while they had a robust channel program for the Systems Builder channel, they had no formalized program for the Commercial Channel to support VARs, Systems Integrators, and Distributors. The opportunity existed to build to better position the company for success with high value-add partners and to create clearer differentiation between partner types and program entitlements.

Insights, Action, and Creative Strategy

Leading with program strategy, Dialog created a complete program for the channel and system for delivering it globally. This included:

  • Segmentation strategy in order to identify the highest value segments with the highest likelihood for conversion
  • Competitive benchmarking to identify AMD advantages and unique program elements to trump existing programs
  • Partner modeling to determine tiers and required qualifications
  • Cascading criteria for partner benefits and branding by partner level and type
  • Created and helped to launch a three-tier partner program with unique branding to reflect the audiences for each
  • Lead and managed all global channel marketing and sales support efforts
  • Value Proposition development, messaging architecture creation, and visual identity highlighting the unique value proposition for VARs
  • Development of program tiers and identifying badging
  • Brand development for the Channel Program

Results

Worldwide Channel Partners grew from 1,200 to 4,100 in a single year

Launched the program in 16 countries and 10 languages within the first year

AMD Channel Program was also recognized by CRN as a 5-Star Channel Program the year after it launched

NIKE, Inc. is a team comprised of the Nike, Jordan and Converse brands driven by a shared purpose to leave an enduring impact.

Situation

Converse had hired a Chief Digital officer and was making investments in AI and e-commerce but they knew that mastering digital transformation would require more. Could Dialog help their teams to think like well-rounded, next-level business innovators with a general management mindset who could orient in a fast-moving world of uncertainty?

Many of the leaders at Converse had grown up in the business and were savvy marketers and creators but not necessarily general managers.

Insights, Action, and Creative Strategy

Dialog worked with the human resources team to create a digital transformation journey for the top 100 execs at Converse . To identify key focus areas, Dialog surveyed the team on readiness for digital transformation compared to a broad dataset of successful transformations.

Dialog developed briefs and breakout sessions on the new tools of Innovation including Voice Recognition, AR,  AI and blockchain as well as the application of technology to retail and fashion. This was combined with sessions on how network orchestrators think and act in shaping their business and through a series of workshops, the leadership team explored the possibilities for integration of new technologies into their business ecosystem. The result was greater confidence in the ability to reinvent and in the shared understanding of the organizational roadmap.

Conspirare is an innovative professional choral organization with 10 GRAMMY® award-winning and nominated recordings. Inspired by the power of music to change lives, this ensemble engages singers from around the world who join voices to deliver world-class, extraordinary live music experiences and recordings.

Situation

Prior to COVID-19, Conspirare enjoyed strong ticket sales, enthusiastic audiences and artists, and industry leading recognition. Conspirare’s live performances were completely shut down for 20 months, which was unprecedented. Conspirare needed to make a comeback for the Fall ‘21 to Spring ‘22 season but faced many risks and unknowns.
