No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers only with the service providers that deliver our messages (for example, our telecom and hosting providers), and only so they can deliver the service.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (hosting, CRM, email, telecom, and video processing), with a client when the information relates to that client's own project, or when the law requires it. Service providers may use the information only to provide their service to us.
Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, and we protect it with reasonable technical and organisational measures. Client project files are kept for the life of the engagement unless the client asks us to delete them sooner.
