HungerRush is a restaurant technology provider focused on restaurant management, POS systems, and online ordering solutions.

Situation

HungerRush had a need for a customer-focused value proposition and messaging architecture to tell a holistic, compelling story that differentiated their brand in the marketplace. Dialog was hired to craft that story and to strategically execute it in their overall brand, advertising campaigns, ABM efforts, marketing materials, and sales communications.

Insights, Action, and Creative Strategy

  • Dialog conducted both internal and external customer/prospect interviews, a competitive audit, and a narrative assessment as the foundation for creating the value proposition and brand idea of “Be Unstoppable” that was then brought to life across all advertising and marketing materials.
  • An advertising conceptual exercise was conducted that featured the restaurant owners as the hero along with true success metrics.
  • Three messaging hooks were tested in-market for both the OrderAI product (labor shortage, upselling, and order accuracy) and HR360 product (delivery, ease of use, automated marketing) for campaign extensions and optimizations.
  • Campaign was structured to continuously test and optimize messages, design, and media channels for maximum results.
  • Supporting content such as an infographic, case study, and landing pages were created to help drive interest and demand as part of an ABM strategy and communication flow.

Results

  • Value proposition and tagline were successfully rolled out and embraced by all employees.
  • Exceeded brand campaign CTRs in comparison to industry standards.
  • Retargeting CTRs for the three HR360 product ads ranged from 5.86 – 6.59!
  • Successful launch across programmatic, SEM, retargeting, and social advertising tactics and creative with ongoing optimization.
  • Exceeded most metrics including CTRs for various media channels in product-specific advertising.
